Internal platform engineering framework using Crossplane and CDK8s to deliver self-service platform products to development teams.

WHAT IT IS

A framework for platform products.

Hiroba turns infrastructure into reusable, claim-driven platform products. Teams request what they need through Kubernetes custom resources; Crossplane compositions and CDK8s charts do the rest.

Primitive Products

Reusable infrastructure abstractions like GrafanaInstance, LokiInstance, and PrometheusInstance. Each independently packageable as a Crossplane .xpkg.

Composite Stacks

Higher-level products such as ObservabilityStack that wire multiple primitives together with sensible defaults and profile-driven configuration.

Developer SDK

A typed TypeScript consumer SDK on top of CDK8s so teams can declare infrastructure alongside application code.

Type-safe manifest generation for XRDs, Compositions, and consumer-facing claims.
